What about a random bro´s contest?
Everybody who wants to enter adds his name (the name of the oc he/she wants to draw) and then we put all the names in a random-generator and put them in pairs; We put the pairs in a journal and everybody has to draw his character with the second one of the pair together, with a certain theme like ...I dunno maybe Easter? ^^
